In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The bouquet was accidentally delivered to the wrong address but they promptly were able and willing to rectify the situation. Great customer service.

This florist is Amazing!!! The flowers were delivered on time and they are gorgeous!!! I know they must have been very busy due to Valentines, but they did not disappoint in any way. I will definitely use them again in the near future. Thank you!!

Best Floral Experience of my life!!! I totally wish they delivered to the IE!!! Super nice staff, and they sent me many updates via text message, when they began making the arrangement, pics so I know it happened 8) and they sent me a text when it was delivered!!! My best friend loved her corona virus bday flowers!!! Definitely ordering from Dolce’s again
